1. Delivery Areas
Phonext delivers devices across the United Kingdom. Delivery availability and any applicable fees are presented at the time of order.
2. Delivery Methods
Delivery may be carried out by courier, postal services or direct local delivery. Local deliveries in London may be handled by motorbike couriers for faster fulfilment.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided during checkout or via our sales channels. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to external conditions such as courier capacity or weather.
4. Delivery Attempts
If delivery requires customer presence, a delivery attempt will be made to the specified address. If unsuccessful, a re-delivery may be scheduled and may incur a fee.
5. Click & Collect (In-store Collection)
Customers may choose to collect devices in person at our London location. Proof of identity and order confirmation may be required at collection.
6. Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery or collection. Ownership transfers upon full payment, as described in our Terms of Sale.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Deliveries may require signature or confirmation via digital means. Customers are responsible for verifying order accuracy upon receipt.
8. Incorrect Address
Phonext is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
9. Damaged Shipments
If a device arrives damaged, customers must notify Phonext within 48 hours with supporting evidence for assessment and potential replacement.
