1. About Phonext

Phonext is a consumer electronics retailer operating in the United Kingdom. We offer new and pre-owned Apple devices with delivery, collection, warranty and after-sale support.

2. Prices & Payments

Prices are displayed in GBP. Payment may be made in full at purchase or through a deferred payment agreement accepted mutually between Phonext and the customer. Deferred payment agreements are commercial arrangements for the purchase of goods and do not constitute credit, financial lending or regulated financial services.

3. Device Ownership Condition

Until full payment of the agreed amount is completed, the device remains the property of Phonext. Upon full fulfilment, ownership transfers to the customer. Devices may have usage limitations during the fulfilment period for security and anti-fraud purposes.

4. Delivery & Collection

Orders may be delivered across the United Kingdom or collected in person at our registered London location. Delivery timeframes, methods and costs are described in our Delivery Policy.

5. Warranty

Devices may include (i) Apple Limited Warranty for new sealed products and/or (ii) Phonext Commercial Warranty for other devices, as described in our Warranty Policy.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cooling-Off

Distance purchases may be cancelled within 14 days from delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to exceptions for electronic devices that have been opened, activated or personalised. Collection orders do not carry automatic cooling-off rights. Full details are provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure accurate delivery information, proper device handling and timely fulfilment of the agreed payment arrangement.

8. After-Sale Support

Phonext provides after-sale support for delivery, warranty and fulfilment. Support channels may include WhatsApp Business, SMS, email or other digital communication tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

Phonext is not liable for damages arising from misuse, unauthorised repairs, software tampering, account misuse or third-party apps and services.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may resolve disputes via Phonext support or through UK consumer dispute mechanisms.

11. Regulatory & Transparency

As required under P2B regulations, Phonext provides company disclosure, policies and dispute channels in our P2B Disclosure document.
