1. Cooling-off Period

Distance purchases may be cancelled within 14 days from delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Exceptions for Electronics

Cooling-off does not apply to devices that have been opened, activated, personalised or linked to Apple ID or carrier profiles, except where required by law.

3. Click & Collect

Orders collected in person do not include an automatic cooling-off period. Customers are encouraged to inspect devices at the time of collection.

4. Returns Procedure

Customers wishing to return a device must contact Phonext at info@phonext.co.uk within the applicable period to receive instructions. Devices must be returned with all accessories and packaging.

5. Condition for Returns

Returned items should be in similar condition to when supplied. Excessive wear, damage or missing accessories may result in partial refunds or refusal, in line with UK consumer law.

6. Refund Timeframe

Refunds are issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned product or proof of dispatch, as applicable.

7. Restocking Fee

Refunds for opened products may incur a reasonable restocking fee as permitted under UK law, particularly where the device has been activated or used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning.

8. Faulty Goods

Faulty goods are handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and our Warranty Policy.
